3. Nature of the Platform

AirProp360 is a digital property platform that:

• Facilitates property marketing and exposure
• Generates and distributes leads
• Connects Users with Agents

AirProp360 is not a real estate agency, does not act as a broker, and is not a party to any transaction between Users and Agents.

4. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform

5. Listings and Content Disclaimer

• Property listings and information are provided by Agents or third parties
• AirProp360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing
• Users must independently verify all information before relying on it

6. Lead Distribution and Responsibility

• Leads submitted via the Platform may be shared with relevant Agents

AirProp360 does not guarantee:

• Response times
• Service quality
• Transaction outcomes

All engagement between Users and Agents is at their own risk.

7. No Professional Advice

Information on the Platform does not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Property valuation advice

Users must seek independent professional advice where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, branding, and platform systems are the property of AirProp360 or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content
• Use automated tools (bots, scraping)
• Reverse engineer the Platform

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AirProp360 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform
• Errors or omissions in listings or Content
• Any transaction between Users and Agents
• The conduct of Agents or third parties

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirProp360, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your interaction with any Agent or third party

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services.

AirProp360 is not responsible for:

• The availability
• Accuracy
• Conduct

of any third-party service.

13. Suspension and Termination

AirProp360 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Platform
• Remove Content
• Restrict usage

At its sole discretion, without notice.

14. Data and Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described therein.

15. Changes to Terms

AirProp360 may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
